悠闲的周末午餐 - Savory bread pudding + white bean soup
很爱老美的comfort food,大多数是软软热热的,很有满足感。周末做了layered savory bread pudding和white bean soup。
Bread pudding 主要原料是隔周italian bread,蘑菇,菠菜,番茄和蒜泥做的sauce,cheese以及蛋奶液体。蔬菜原料分别炒熟,面包小块,cheese,番茄酱layer起来,倒上蛋奶液体,入烤箱375度一小时烤熟。
White bean soup是典型的西式蔬菜汤。热锅加入奶油,加美芹、洋葱、青椒小块炒到半熟后加水和rinsed white bean (from a can)。加上一些西式香料,如bay leaf。烧开焖煮,然后blend 1/2 - 2/3内容,使汤变浓厚。加盐和胡椒调味即可。
