凉拌牛筋 - beef tenderloin

好久不写啦。上菜!今天做的凉拌牛筋 - 牛筋先烧酥(4-5小时),然后放凉切片,用烧牛肉的红烧酱汁和辣酱拌入味。很筋到好吃哦。
