Light Cheese Cake

Revisit this great recipe! Best cheese cake in the world!!!

Preparation:
A. cream cheese 1 box (226g/8oz), heavy cream 50ml, milk 100ml, butter 80g
B. corn starch 25g, milk 50ml
C. egg white 150g, sugar 100g, corn starch 10g, white vinegar 1tsp.
D. egg yolk 138g (8 eggs), some shortening and flour.

oven 300F. grease and flour baking pan.

1. heat A in a small bowl, which is put into a big pot filled with water. heat and flip till it becomes fluid.

2. mix B. add B into 1. add mixed egg yolk. filter.

3. beat C (egg white + white vinegar) till fluffy (middle level). slowly add sugar and corn starch.

4. first mix 1/3 of 3 into 2. then all the left. pour into cake pan.

5. use a big baking pan. put cake pan into baking pan. add warm water till the 3/4 of the cake pan. bake for 25min till it gets a little brown. lower the temperatur to 260F. bake for 1hr. test with tooth pick till it's not sticky.

6. cool down and put into fridge overnite.

This recipe is very hard to fail once you beat the egg white to the appropriate level. However, if you want to lose weight, just walk away from this recipe. :) Very tasty and you can't stop eatting...
