八仙过海

hehe. That is a fancy name I made up. I am very busy and tired recently. So I have to cook some more nutritious and delicious food for myself, right?

Preparation: yields for 2

1. 青菜2棵,切块
2. 虾仁10个
3. 鲜贝20个
4. 火腿丝若干(我用country ham代替)
5. 嫩豆腐一块,切小块
6. 蘑菇5个,切小块
7. 鱼丸4-5个
8. 肉丸4-5个

Steps:
1. 豆腐切块,加水,开始烧
2. 加入蘑菇丁,火腿丝,鱼丸,肉丸
3. 烧开3分钟以后,加青菜梗
4. 再次烧开后,加虾仁,鲜贝,青菜叶
5. 烧开后等待所有的东西都熟了,加盐调味
6. 可以勾芡,也可以不勾。出锅。撒胡椒粒更鲜美。

八仙过海名字来历,八种不同的原料,有荤有素,放汤则为过海。:)

特点:味道鲜美清淡,制作容易快捷,适合冬天食用。
