很好吃的巧克力蛋糕 - Chocolate Cocoa-Buttermilk Cake
今天做了很好吃的巧克力蛋糕,菜谱是foodnetwork上抄的。对了,foodnetwork上菜谱很多,要看看各个菜谱的review, 这样能找到好吃又容易的菜谱哦。
Chocolate Cocoa-Buttermilk Cake
我做了1/2的量
8 servings
2 cups all-pupose flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ts baking soda
1/2 ts salt
1 cup + 2TBS buttermilk (* can use milk if you don't have)
2TBS molasses
1 ts vanilla extract
12 TBS butter, softened
1 3/4cups packed light brown sugar (* I used regular sugar)
2 large eggs

I used peanut butter icecream
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Butter and flour a loaf pan (10 x 5 x 3, 8 cups). I used a smaller one.
3. In a large bowl, sift the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, molasses and vanilla
5. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat for 3 mins. Then add an egg at a time. Beat well.
6. Carefully mix everything. DO NOT OVERWORK!
7. Pour into pan and bake for 50-55mins.
8. Cool in pan for 40 mins. Then turn out onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
9. Slice into pieces and top with icecream.
冰淇凌配蛋糕真的是很绝配的。:)这个蛋糕不甜,比较湿润。口感是磅蛋糕型的,不是发得很厉害的。但是配冰淇凌真的很不错哦。饭后来上这么一个甜品,嗯。。。 快乐似神仙。
