Apple Tart

Very easy and DE-LI-CIOUS. Now I am still feeling guilty that I eat almost the whole tart myself. Just inresistable.

Preparation:
1. Pie shell: home-made or store-bought.
2. Golden delious apples: medium size 4. Cut into slices and put them into the pie shell.
3. Put some sugar on top, together with some butter cubes and cinnemon.
4. 425F oven 10 min then change to 350 for 40 min.

Cranberry Sauce

If you never make it, well you definitely should. So easy and great taste for this little effort!!!

1. 1 bag of fresh cranberry, clean.
2. Boil 1 cup water with 2/3 cup of sugar.
3. Throw in cranberry. Stir occasionally. Keep boiling on low heat for 10 min.
4. Get the sauce out and chill.
