咖啡饼干Expresso Cookie
方子是文学城上喵呜子那里抄来的,早上起来花了20分钟就搞定了。看到外面的天色了吗,大早上就大雪纷飞哦,来点cookie让脑子醒过来。
Recipe: (12 yields)
A: butter 150g (soften in room temp), suger 80g
B: expresso 3TBSP or 1TBSP instant coffee + 2TBSP hot water or 1TBSP instant coffee + 1TBSP hotwater + 1TBSP rum (i used this)
C: cake flour 200g, baking powder 1/4tsp
1. Preheat oven 375F
2. Mix A till fluffy. Add B and mix. Sift into C and mix to a ball.
3. May cool in fridge for 5min or directly put small balls onto non-greased baking sheet. Bake for 12-15min.
味道很香酥可口哦。有淡淡的咖啡清香,不甜。老公大叫好吃。:)不过热量高,不要多吃哦。
