豪华版蛋炒饭 seafood fried rice
昨天老公回家说看到officemate吃外卖的蛋炒饭,很香。不就是个蛋炒饭嘛,自己做的可以比外面卖的好很多倍的。而且家里正好没有菜了,正好用蛋炒饭来应付一下。加上一个豆腐肉圆汤,好吃又容易的一顿饭。
Preparation:
-- Steamed rice (1 small bowl)
-- Scallop
-- Corn
-- Fresh soy bean
-- 2 eggs
-- Chinese sausage (香肠)
1. Beat 2 eggs.
2. Heat pan with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil on medium high. Stir-fry scallop till almost done. Get it out of the pan.
3. Add another tablespoon vegetable oil to the pan. Add beaten eggs. Medium heat.
4. Add corn, soy bean and sliced sausage. Stir-fry.
5. When the egg is half set, add the (left-over) steamed rice.
6. Flip and stir several times. The rice gets tender and easier to seperate during warming up.
7. Add salt to taste.
8. If necessar, add a little water. Cook 10-15 minutes till every thing is cooked.
9. Add cooked scallop.
